01 ขอบเขตของนโยบายนี้

นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้ใช้กับการใช้งาน Chrome Extension ชื่อ taxcount catch ("ส่วนขยาย") ที่เผยแพร่บน Chrome Web Store เท่านั้น ไม่ครอบคลุมเว็บไซต์ของกรมสรรพากร (efiling.rd.go.th) หรือบริการอื่นใดของบุคคลที่สาม

ส่วนขยายนี้ออกแบบมาเพื่อจุดประสงค์เดียว: ช่วยให้คุณดาวน์โหลดภาพแบบและใบเสร็จยื่นแบบภาษีของคุณเองจากระบบ e-Filing ของกรมสรรพากรลงเครื่องของคุณ

02 ข้อมูลที่ส่วนขยายเข้าถึง

เพื่อทำงานตามจุดประสงค์ ส่วนขยายเข้าถึงข้อมูลต่อไปนี้ บนเครื่องของคุณเท่านั้น:

2.1 Token ยืนยันตัวตน (Authentication token)

เมื่อคุณเปิดส่วนขยายบนหน้าเว็บ e-Filing ส่วนขยายจะอ่าน JWT token จาก sessionStorage ของหน้าเว็บเพื่อใช้เรียก API ของกรมสรรพากรในนามของคุณ (เหมือนกับที่เว็บ e-Filing เองทำ)

สำคัญ Token นี้ถูกใช้แบบ pass-through เท่านั้น — เราไม่เก็บ ไม่ log ไม่ส่งออกนอกเครื่อง และไม่บันทึกใน chrome.storage เมื่อปิด browser หรือ session หมดอายุ token จะหายไปตามปกติของ browser

2.2 ข้อมูลการยื่นแบบ

ส่วนขยายเรียกข้อมูลรายการแบบและใบเสร็จของคุณจาก API กรมสรรพากร (เลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี, เลขที่อ้างอิง, ประเภทแบบ, ปีภาษี) เพื่อแสดงในหน้า UI ให้คุณเลือกดาวน์โหลด ข้อมูลเหล่านี้:

  • ไม่ถูกส่งไปยัง server ของเรา (เราไม่มี server)
  • ถูก cache ไว้ใน memory ของส่วนขยายเฉพาะระหว่าง session เพื่อแสดงผลเท่านั้น
  • หายไปเมื่อคุณปิด side panel

2.3 การตั้งค่าและประวัติการดาวน์โหลด

ส่วนขยายเก็บข้อมูลต่อไปนี้ใน chrome.storage.local (เก็บในเครื่องคุณเท่านั้น Chrome ไม่ sync ขึ้น cloud):

  • การตั้งค่าล่าสุด เช่น ปีภาษีและประเภทเอกสารที่คุณเลือก (เพื่อ pre-fill ครั้งต่อไป)
  • รายการเลขที่อ้างอิง (refNo) ที่คุณดาวน์โหลดสำเร็จ (เพื่อแสดง badge "ดึงแล้ว")

คุณสามารถลบข้อมูลนี้ได้ตลอดเวลาโดยลบส่วนขยายออก หรือล้างข้อมูลของส่วนขยายผ่าน chrome://extensions

2.4 ไฟล์ PDF ที่ดาวน์โหลด

ไฟล์ PDF ของภาพแบบและใบเสร็จที่คุณเลือกดาวน์โหลดจะถูกบันทึกใน Downloads folder ของระบบปฏิบัติการคุณภายใต้โครงสร้าง taxcount-catch/{เลขผู้เสียภาษี}/{ปี}/{ประเภทแบบ}/ ไฟล์เหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้การควบคุมของคุณเพียงผู้เดียว

03 ข้อมูลที่เรา ไม่ เก็บและ ไม่ ส่ง

เพื่อความชัดเจน เราขอยืนยันว่าส่วนขยายนี้ ไม่:

  • ไม่มี backend server, ไม่มี API server, ไม่มี cloud storage ใดๆ
  • ไม่ส่งข้อมูลของคุณไปยัง Anthropic, Google, หรือบุคคลที่สามใดๆ
  • ไม่ใช้ analytics services (Google Analytics, Mixpanel ฯลฯ)
  • ไม่ใช้ tracking pixels, third-party cookies, fingerprinting
  • ไม่อ่านข้อมูลจากเว็บไซต์อื่นนอกเหนือจาก efiling.rd.go.th
  • ไม่อ่าน cookies, browsing history, bookmarks ของคุณ
  • ไม่ใช้ remote code (ทุก JS/CSS รวมอยู่ในตัวส่วนขยาย ไม่มีการโหลดจาก server)

05 การขายและถ่ายโอนข้อมูล

เนื่องจากเราไม่เก็บข้อมูลใดๆ บน server ของเรา:

  • เราไม่ขายข้อมูลผู้ใช้ให้บุคคลที่สาม
  • เราไม่ถ่ายโอนข้อมูลผู้ใช้เพื่อจุดประสงค์ที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานของส่วนขยาย
  • เราไม่ใช้ข้อมูลผู้ใช้เพื่อประเมินความน่าเชื่อถือทางการเงินหรือเพื่อการให้สินเชื่อ

06 ความปลอดภัย

เพราะการประมวลผลทั้งหมดเกิดบนเครื่องของคุณภายใน Chrome sandbox ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลขึ้นอยู่กับ:

  • ความปลอดภัยของเครื่องและบัญชี Chrome ของคุณเอง
  • การใช้ HTTPS ในการสื่อสารกับ efiling.rd.go.th (ส่วนขยายไม่อนุญาตการเชื่อมต่อ HTTP)

หากคุณสงสัยว่าเครื่องของคุณถูกบุกรุก กรุณาออกจากระบบ e-Filing และเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านทันที

07 ผู้ใช้ที่เป็นเด็ก

ส่วนขยายนี้มีไว้สำหรับผู้เสียภาษี (ทั้งบุคคลธรรมดาและนิติบุคคล) ที่มีหน้าที่ยื่นแบบภาษีตามกฎหมายไทย เราไม่ได้ออกแบบและไม่ส่งเสริมให้เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปีใช้งาน

08 การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายฉบับนี้ เราจะอัปเดตวันที่ "ปรับปรุงล่าสุด" ด้านบน หากการเปลี่ยนแปลงมีผลกระทบเชิงเนื้อหา (เช่น เริ่มเก็บข้อมูลประเภทใหม่) เราจะแจ้งผ่าน release notes ของเวอร์ชันใหม่บน Chrome Web Store

01 Scope

This Privacy Policy applies only to the use of the Chrome Extension taxcount catch ("the Extension") published on the Chrome Web Store. It does not cover the Thai Revenue Department website (efiling.rd.go.th) or any other third-party service.

The Extension serves a single purpose: to help you download your own tax form images and payment receipts from the Thai Revenue Department's e-Filing system to your device.

02 Data the Extension Accesses

To perform its purpose, the Extension accesses the following data on your device only:

2.1 Authentication token

When you activate the Extension on the e-Filing page, it reads the JWT token from the page's sessionStorage in order to call the Revenue Department's API on your behalf (the same way the e-Filing site itself does).

Important This token is used in pass-through fashion only — we do not store it, log it, transmit it off-device, or save it to chrome.storage. When you close the browser or your session expires, the token disappears as the browser normally handles it.

2.2 Tax filing data

The Extension fetches your filing list and receipt data from the Revenue Department's API (taxpayer ID, reference numbers, form types, tax years) to display in the UI for selection. This data:

  • Is never sent to our servers (we don't have any servers)
  • Is cached in the Extension's memory during a session only, for display
  • Is discarded when you close the side panel

2.3 Settings and download history

The Extension stores the following in chrome.storage.local (kept on your device only; Chrome does not sync it to the cloud):

  • Your last selected filters (tax year, document types) so they can pre-fill on the next session
  • Reference numbers (refNo) of filings you have downloaded, used to display a "downloaded" badge

You can delete this data at any time by removing the Extension, or by clearing its data via chrome://extensions.

2.4 Downloaded PDF files

PDF files for forms and receipts you select are saved to your operating system's Downloads folder under the structure taxcount-catch/{TIN}/{year}/{form-code}/. These files are under your sole control.

03 What We Do Not Collect or Transmit

For clarity, we confirm that the Extension does not:

  • Have any backend server, API server, or cloud storage
  • Send your data to Anthropic, Google, or any third party
  • Use any analytics services (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • Use tracking pixels, third-party cookies, or fingerprinting
  • Read data from websites other than efiling.rd.go.th
  • Read your cookies, browsing history, or bookmarks
  • Use remote code (all JS/CSS is bundled with the Extension; nothing is loaded from a server at runtime)

05 Sale and Transfer of Data

Because we hold no data on any server of ours:

  • We do not sell user data to third parties
  • We do not transfer user data for purposes unrelated to the Extension's single purpose
  • We do not use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes

06 Security

Because all processing happens on your device within the Chrome sandbox, data security depends on:

  • The security of your own device and Chrome account
  • HTTPS being used for all communication with efiling.rd.go.th (the Extension does not permit HTTP)

If you suspect your device has been compromised, please log out of e-Filing and change your password immediately.

07 Children's Privacy

This Extension is intended for taxpayers (individuals and legal entities) with tax filing obligations under Thai law. It is not designed for, nor does it solicit use by, children under the age of 13.

08 Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is material (for example, if we begin collecting a new category of data), we will note it in the release notes of the new version on the Chrome Web Store.
